Ayurvedic Massage takes a more holistic approach, focusing as much more on emotional stress as it does physical. An Ayurvedic Massage serves not only to relieve pain but especially as preventive medicine increasing circulation, stimulating and strengthening the lymphatic system, and opening the flow of life force in order to cleanse and revitalize the body.

My Ayurvedic Massage at “Temple of Heal” works on energy points in the body, as well as “marma” points—used for healing in Ayurvedic medicine.
